The Beach Villa is a very beautiful villa, in the village of Veyrier du Lac, between the eastern shore of Lake Annecy and the mountains. Elegant and spacious, the villa features beautiful spaces both indoors and outside, immediate proximity to the lake, great views, a large swimming pool and a beautiful garden.

On the ground floor, the entrance leads into a bright hall setting the tone and character of the house: decorative touches in soft and warm colors (many items are made by the owner and artist, Lucie) give an elegant accent to the large spaces with the white walls of the house. Through glass doors you will access the fully equipped modern kitchen and dining room, leading to the lounge areas.
