Calm and lake proximity are the 2 main advantages of our neighborhood. You can do a lot without taking your car: swim in the lake, paddle, boat rental, water ski, sailing club, tennis, restaurants, bakery, public bus to Annecy or to the mountains La Clusaz/Grand Bornand, hiking, running, climbing, paragliding...The center of the village is also 10 min by foot.
We are 10 minutes from Annecy downtown, 40 minutes from Geneva international airport, 1h15 from Lyon international airport
You can collect the fresh vegetables and fruits from our organic garden. A charger for electric cars will ba available to you on the house parking.
